This is a private, single-user personal application. It connects to the account owner’s own Oura Ring account and mirrors the owner’s own health data (sleep, readiness, activity, heart rate, workouts, and self-logged tags) onto a private server the owner runs, so a personal AI assistant the owner operates can be aware of how the owner is doing.
There are no other users. No data is sold, shared, or made available to any third party. This site exists to host the application’s policy pages.
